📋 Description

• Lead US Commercial strategy in alignment with enterprise priorities and USLT direction • Translate strategy into clear, executable portfolios, roadmaps, and KPIs • Build and lead integrated portfolio prioritization and planning capability • Design and operate an integrated US strategic governance model • Support execution of key strategic initiatives (outside transformation programs) • Provide strategic insights and scenario analysis to USLT

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 12+ years in US enterprise strategy, business planning, governance, strategic project leadership and/or transformation leadership in pharma, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries • Strong understanding of US healthcare / biopharma business dynamics • Proven ability to define governance processes, implement operating models, lead cross-functional forums, manage enterprise risk, and drive adherence to enterprise standards and controls • Strong communication and skills in a dynamic, multifunctional environment
