📋 Description

• Lead commissioning delivery across multiple concurrent data center construction projects • Develop and implement standardized commissioning strategies, frameworks, and schedules across the portfolio • Own pipeline planning to optimize resource allocation and execution strategy • Partner with Construction, Design, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery • Provide input into project budgets, commissioning strategies, and testing protocols, including FAT, FPT, and IST • Serve as the senior point of contact for customers during commissioning phases • Communicate progress against key milestones, including RFS readiness • Lead resolution of complex issues and escalations • Drive adoption of commissioning standards, governance, and best practices • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for commissioning processes, tools, and delivery models • Standardize commissioning scopes, methodologies, and schedules • Own commissioning reporting across the portfolio • Oversee commissioning documentation, test procedures, reports, and readiness assessments • Use data and performance insights to identify trends, mitigate risks, and improve future delivery • Lead commissioning vendor strategy, including RFP development, selection, and performance management • Define and track vendor KPIs and conduct regular business reviews • Manage external commissioning partners and governance forums

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in data center commissioning within mission-critical environments • Proven leadership experience managing complex, multi-site construction programs • Strong technical expertise in electrical and/or mechanical systems, including MEP systems • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence senior stakeholders • Experience managing external vendors and large-scale service delivery contracts • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience, preferred • Experience with hyperscale or cloud data center environments • Familiarity with integrated systems testing (IST) and advanced commissioning methodologies • Experience working in a global or multi-region delivery model
