📋 Description

• Set and execute a roadmap for AI infrastructure aligned with Equinix’s platform strategy • Partner with customers to co-create infrastructure enabling faster training, smarter inference, and scalable agentic AI • Lead cross-functional teams delivering compute, storage, interconnect, and cooling solutions for AI • Forge strategic partnerships with silicon providers, model developers, and cloud-native platforms • Empower a global team to deliver efficient, sustainable, and future-ready infrastructure • Represent Equinix as an AI infrastructure thought leader at customer forums, industry events, and strategic alliances • Build unified infrastructure experiences through strategic platforms • Develop customer-centric, automated, and operationally consistent products • Partner across the business to scale trusted, efficient, future-ready solutions • Own and operate product lines including Colocation, Network Edge, and Equinix Managed Solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience building and scaling infrastructure for AI, cloud, or platform technologies • Deep expertise in the AI/ML lifecycle, including LLM training, inference, and agentic architectures • Technical fluency in GPUs, accelerators, storage, networking, and cooling systems • Experience collaborating with hyperscalers, AI-native companies, or enterprise AI teams • Exceptional communication and executive influence skills • Transformational people leadership • Ability to drive bold change through data and activate teams amid ambiguity • Global perspective and ability to build trust across cultures and teams • Systems-level strategic thinking connecting vision to execution
