📋 Description

• Schedule tasks at customer job sites • Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation • Perform routine maintenance and emergency services • Continuously learn customer operational processes, packaging designs, and technical specifications • Install Packsize solutions and train others to use and maintain them • Perform basic clerical and administrative duties, including responding to emails, preparing expense reports, arranging travel, and writing detailed technical reports • Communicate information and ideas with Packsize and customer personnel • Adhere to Packsize and customer safety requirements and protocols related to exposed moving parts and electricity • Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships • Work closely with Packsize support team members to provide exceptional customer service • Perform start-up testing and deliver customer training on product capabilities, features, and maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service focus • Knowledge of Windows platforms • Knowledge and effective use of hand tools • Knowledge of mechanical platforms • Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision • Basic Microsoft Excel and Word or Google Suite Sheets and Docs experience is helpful, but not required • Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to travel by vehicle or airplane, domestically • Willingness and ability to frequently move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds • Ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time • Ability to move about inside and outside of equipment, warehouse, and office space and position oneself to work on equipment • Ability to operate hand and power tools, computers, and other office equipment • Ability to occasionally ascend/descend a ladder to access high places on equipment • Availability for on-call work • Overnight travel often required • Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred
