📋 Description

• Install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment solutions onsite at several customer facilities • Identify, analyze, maintain, and repair complex mechanical equipment • Answer difficult customer questions about product features • Perform start-up testing and deliver customer training on product capabilities, features, and general maintenance • Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships • Work closely with Packsize supporting team members to provide exceptional customer service • Schedule tasks at customer job sites • Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation • Perform routine maintenance and emergency services • Continuously learn customer operational processes, packaging designs, and technical specifications • Install Packsize solutions and train others to use and maintain them • Perform clerical and administrative duties, including responding to emails, preparing expense reports, making travel arrangements, and writing technical reports • Communicate information and ideas accurately with Packsize and customer personnel • Adhere to Packsize and customer safety requirements and protocols related to moving parts and electricity • Work Monday-Friday dayshift with occasional overnights • Travel domestically, with overnight travel often required

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service focus • Knowledge of Windows platforms • Knowledge and effective use of hand tools • Knowledge of mechanical platforms • Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision • Basic Microsoft (Excel, Word) or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) experience is helpful, but not required • Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience • Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred • Available on-call • Ability and willingness to frequently move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds • Ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time • Ability to move about inside and outside of equipment, warehouse and office space and position oneself to work on the equipment • Ability to frequently operate hand and power tools, computers, and other office equipment • Ability to occasionally ascend/descend a ladder to access high places on the equipment • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Ability to travel by vehicle or airplane, domestically
