📋 Description

• Partner with developers, testers, and program managers to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale computer-based services • Understand caregiver, business, and technical requirements • Contribute to service architecture, operability, and caregiver scenarios meeting compliance standards and KPIs • Analyze service delivery systems and identify improvements supporting service delivery and KPIs • Troubleshoot and engineer solutions for service issues with minimal disruption • Own problems through permanent resolution and deliver innovations based on past experience • Participate in disaster recovery drills and incident response management during non-working hours as needed • Analyze actual versus projected capacity requirements and support viable cost models • Maximize effectiveness of financial resources • Identify and resolve platform, system, deployment, and environmental issues before release • Support on-time, predictable, high-quality releases • Participate in triage, root cause analysis, trend analysis, and postmortems • Implement solutions • Ensure production solutions are reliable, resilient, secure, effective, and continuously monitored • Collect service availability, performance, system health, and long-term trend metrics for service intelligence analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 2 or more years related experience • Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes • Experience with n-tier solutions • Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually) • Ability to read, write, configure code, and design end-to-end service telemetry, alerting, and self-healing capabilities • Demonstrated expertise in web services, virtualization, and cloud concepts • Knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, SQL Server, network technologies, Active Directory, and cloud technologies and services • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to create technical presentations/documents • Basic project management • Azure certification is preferred • Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
