📋 Description

• Own and operate Palantir Foundry as the internal subject matter expert. • Build and maintain pipelines, data models, dashboards, and workflows. • Establish standards for data lineage, permissions, documentation, and production readiness. • Evaluate and approve externally developed Foundry assets for scalability and maintainability. • Maintain an inventory of Foundry data products and workflows to ensure clarity and sustainability. • Conduct structured discovery across Revenue Cycle, HR, Finance, Ops, Clinical, FP&A, and more. • Map current-state and future-state processes into system-ready logic. • Create business rules, mapping tables, metric definitions, and reconciliation frameworks. • Ensure operational, financial, and clinical processes are accurately represented in Foundry. • Partner with leaders to design dashboards and analytics that drive decision-making. • Maintain KPI dictionaries to ensure consistency and trust in metrics. • Train users and drive adoption across departments. • Document calculation logic and definitions for all analytics products. • Own the enterprise Foundry roadmap and prioritization. • Coordinate governance committees, intake processes, and portfolio planning. • Run operating cadences to ensure alignment, accountability, and transparency. • Manage external partners while maintaining internal ownership of delivery. • Ensure alignment with HIPAA, PHI minimization, and role-based access controls. • Maintain audit-ready documentation and data integrity evidence. • Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Audit teams to ensure trustworthy outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in process transformation, business architecture, analytics enablement, or platform ownership in complex environments. • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry in production settings. • Strong ability to document processes, gather requirements, and translate rules into system specs. • Experience supporting multiple functional domains (finance, HR, operations, clinical, etc.). • Familiarity with EHRs, subledgers, ERP/EPM systems, or data warehouses. • Knowledge of governance, audit logging, access controls, and compliance (HIPAA strongly preferred). • Ability to drive analytics adoption through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. • Excellent communication, organizational, and vendor-management skills.
