📋 Description

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and system enhancements • Lead regression testing efforts across releases • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve design issues • Document and manage detailed defect reports, including reproduction steps and severity assessments • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Maintain and enhance automated UI and API test suites • Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams • Contribute to QA processes and standards documentation • Mentor junior QA testers and support their professional development • Ensure software releases meet business and technical specifications, are defect-free, and ready for production deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience in software QA testing • Experience in healthcare or financial services preferred • Experience working within Agile frameworks • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams • Hands-on experience with front-end test automation tools and frameworks; Playwright preferred • Hands-on experience with back-end API and database testing • Experience with load testing tools; JMeter preferred • Hands-on experience testing mobile applications using tools such as LambdaTest • Proficiency in SQL • Experience working with relational databases • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
