📋 Description

• Support Palo Alto Networks’ IDIRA Workforce IAM and IGA initiatives across the Central US region • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for IAM and IGA • Empower and support customers through technical problem-solving • Design enterprise security roles meeting regulatory audit requirements • Test APIs using Postman • Automate workflows and address practical security challenges with scripting • Teach, document, and enable teammates and customers • Collaborate with hybrid teams across geographies

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of IAM experience • Knowledge of identity lifecycle management • Experience with federation, including OIDC/OAuth • Knowledge of SSO/MFA • Knowledge of zero-trust and least-privilege frameworks • Experience with CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, or Active Directory • API testing experience with Postman • Ability to design enterprise security roles that meet regulatory audit requirements • Ability to teach, document, and enable teammates and customers • Knowledge of the competitive IAM/IGA landscape • Ability to articulate CyberArk’s solution advantages • Practical scripting skills • No immigration sponsorship is available; applicants must not require employer-sponsored work visas
