📋 Description

• Partner with the Sales team across industrial manufacturing and distribution accounts • Participate in discovery sessions, develop creative solutions, lead product demonstrations and architecture reviews, and drive deal strategy • Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical capabilities and tailored solutions • Maintain technical knowledge of Salsify’s products and customer success stories, tying functionality to business outcomes • Build relationships and trust with prospects and customers through industry thought leadership and expertise • Partner with Product to advocate for customer needs and influence the product roadmap • Partner with Customer Success to support ongoing customer adoption and growth • Partner with Professional Services to understand and prioritize services scope • Partner with Marketing on product messaging and market feedback • Differentiate Salsify in a competitive market and impact customer growth and satisfaction • Communicate the value of Salsify’s platform to technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or Sales Engineer for B2B SaaS solutions • Prior experience in industrial manufacturing, distribution, or a closely adjacent B2B vertical • Strong communication and presentation skills with an influential presence in front of executive audiences • Deep technical aptitude and understanding of complex data flows and enterprise architecture • Ability and willingness for 20-25% travel • Programming expertise preferred but not required
