📋 Description

• Lead discovery conversations with stakeholders across admissions, enrollment, registrar operations, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, IT, and executive leadership • Design and lead validation experiences to help institutions evaluate business, operational, and technical fit • Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and proof scenarios aligned to customer priorities • Advise customers on SIS modernization, process improvement, payment processing, integrations, reporting, and change management • Help customers understand how automation and emerging AI capabilities can support institutional effectiveness • Support RFPs, technical evaluations, proof-of-concept activities, and executive presentations • Partner with Student First and internal Blackbaud teams to deliver successful customer outcomes • Create reusable demo assets, enablement resources, and best practices to scale Blackbaud's SIS expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Higher Education SIS experience • Strong understanding of admissions, enrollment, registration, academic records, and student services • Experience working within Higher Education or supporting Higher Education technology solutions • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative problem-solving skills • Ability to build credibility with both business and technical stakeholders • Willingness to travel up to 25% • Experience with student finance, billing, and payment processes • Experience with SIS platforms such as Banner, Colleague, Workday Student, PeopleSoft, Anthology Student, or Jenzabar • Experience in consulting, implementation, solutions consulting, or sales engineering • Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives in Higher Education • Familiarity with Blackbaud solutions, including Raiser's Edge NXT, Financial Edge NXT, and Blackbaud Integrated Payments
