📋 Description

• Become deeply embedded within the business to understand priorities and go-to-market strategies • Partner with IT to translate business insights into tool enhancements supporting the technical selling community • Understand business priorities, challenges, and go-to-market motions within the Technical Solutions organization • Collaborate with business stakeholders on quarterly initiatives and technology-driven innovation opportunities • Contribute to strategic plans to modernize tooling and processes • Build relationships with IT stakeholders, communicate business needs, and prioritize tool enhancements • Analyze business requirements and uncover underlying needs and pain points • Translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams • Maintain a backlog and roadmap of tool enhancements aligned with business priorities and IT capabilities • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Provide clarity and context to development teams regarding business objectives and expected outcomes • Support delivery and adoption of tool enhancements • Monitor emerging technologies, particularly AI, and identify strategic implementation opportunities • Develop plans for automation and modern tooling • Develop and deliver AI-enabled automation and tooling using tools such as n8n and Claude Code to improve business processes for the technical selling community and WW Shared Services organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience in a global role involving understanding business processes and translating them into actionable requirements • Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements through user stories, use cases, and process flows • Familiarity with software development lifecycles, particularly Agile methodologies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Skilled in SFDC, Tableau, Workday, Excel, and Google Suite • Understanding of the technical industry, with focus on the technical selling community • Experience understanding product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies • Proficiency with applications, tools, and methodologies used to organize, manage, report progress, and deliver programs and projects • Experience driving large cross-functional programs/initiatives, building relationships, and leading through influence • Effective executive-level verbal and written communication • Comfort with technical and business discussions with senior audiences • No immigration sponsorship is available for this position
