📋 Description

• Manage and monitor all closing activities to meet deadlines and quality standards • Review and approve closing documentation for accuracy and completeness • Resolve operational issues promptly to avoid closing delays • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and company regulations throughout the closing process • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized closing procedures • Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all transactions • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors • Stay informed on regulatory changes and market trends, adapting processes as needed • Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and clients to ensure smooth closing • Communicate effectively and empathetically with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain trust • Travel internationally between the United States and Mexico as needed to meet business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years in mortgage operations • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Ability to adapt to changing regulations and processes • Proficiency in mortgage processing software and MS Office Suite • English preferred • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) desired • Ability to travel internationally between the United States and Mexico as needed
