đź“‹ Description

• Supervise office-based end-to-end site-specific revenue cycle team(s), providing guidance and support to meet departmental performance standards • Interview, hire, onboard, and train new hires or transferred team members within pod-specific workflows and role expectations • Provide ongoing training and development on billing and coding procedures, compliance, payer requirements, and best practices • Conduct bi-weekly huddles to review site scorecards and metrics, adjust workflows, and implement strategic initiatives • Identify team communication gaps and address problem areas to improve accountability and performance • Perform quarterly reviews for direct reports and provide bidirectional performance feedback • Provide feedback to the RCM Manager or Director for staff performance reviews • Prepare and present reports on site-specific RCM KPIs, including collection rate, days in AR, AR over 90 days, and RCM ticketing • Audit team performance weekly for timely, accurate, and compliant processing according to SOPs and KPIs • Develop and enforce procedures for outstanding claims follow-up and overdue account payment collection • Ensure staffing aligns with volume-based staffing models and role alignment supports RCM metrics • Review month-over-month trends, assist with departmental goals, and provide input on strategic initiatives • Evaluate RCM processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement workflow improvements • Report compliance concerns to the RCM Manager or Director and assist with resolving compliance issues • Serve as the first point of contact for site leadership regarding account or patient questions • Coordinate research with appropriate team members and review outcomes with site leadership or the direct manager

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in Dental Office workflows and Revenue Cycle functions, including Scheduling, Registration, Insurance verification, fee schedules, claim submission, charging/coding requirements, insurance AR follow up, and payment posting • Knowledge of reimbursement/compliance processes and procedures with all payors • Experience with practice management software systems, insurance portals, clearing houses, insurance guidelines, and banking reconciliation software • Intermediate PC skills and strong Excel skills • Strong computer literacy • Excellent math and problem-solving skills • Data entry and 10-key by touch • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to work within a team setting and as an individual contributor • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to Compliance and Revenue Cycle standard operating procedures • Organized work habits, accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills • Ability to comply with all organization, state, and federal employment regulations and practices • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) credentials preferred • Previous experience in team and personnel management preferred
