📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of Restaurant implementations and scoped enhancements for assigned customers • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery • Track and manage scope, risks, dependencies, and action items throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate internal and external resources to support integrations, including POS, Online Ordering, CDP, and CRM • Ensure deliverables meet PAR quality standards and client requirements • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and project owner for delivery-related activities • Establish clear expectations on timelines, responsibilities, and dependencies • Provide regular and proactive status updates, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders • Support customers through requirements, strategy, testing, launch preparation, and go-live activities • Partner with Technical Account Managers, Product, Engineering, Strategists, Execution Services, and Customer Success • Facilitate internal project reviews, standups, and readiness checkpoints • Ensure smooth handoff from Sales to delivery and from implementation to Customer Success • Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans • Manage change requests and scope adjustments in alignment with internal processes • Escalate issues appropriately to Senior/Enterprise EM leadership when needed • Drive readiness for UAT, production launch, and post-launch validation • Ensure loyalty, ordering, payments, offers, messaging, and integrations are configured and tested successfully • Support early adoption activities in partnership with Customer Success • Follow established delivery methodologies, templates, and tools • Contribute feedback to improve implementation processes, documentation, and tooling • Maintain accurate project data in Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet, and other systems of record • Leverage AI tools to streamline project planning, status reporting, and risk tracking across PAR implementations

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or customer delivery roles in a SaaS environment is required • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with defined scope and timelines • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail • Clear written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions • Ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams • Proactive problem-solver with a structured approach to execution; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Familiarity with POS ecosystems, payments, guest loyalty, APIs, and third-party integrations is a major plus • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday) • Understanding of implementation lifecycles, testing phases, and launch processes • Project management training or certification (PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or similar) is a plus but not required • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
