📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing remote recruiting team by setting priorities, coaching team members, removing obstacles, and ensuring delivery against hiring goals • Own end-to-end hiring outcomes, delivering hundreds of hires per year across diverse functions and levels • Improve time-to-fill, pipeline quality, candidate experience, and offer acceptance rates • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers on staffing plans, hiring priorities, talent-market realities, and business objectives • Set expectations, drive hiring discipline, and support effective decision-making throughout recruiting • Implement and improve structured hiring practices, intake processes, calibrated interview loops, and scorecards • Optimize recruiting technology, processes, and reporting • Own careers-site and job-description strategy to improve applicant quality and employee referrals • Use recruiting metrics and market insights to provide data-driven recommendations • Manage vendor, agency, and RPO strategy and optimize vendor spend • Evaluate and implement technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve recruiter efficiency, hiring-manager experience, and candidate engagement • Report to the Head of Global Talent Strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership of recruiting teams in fast-paced, growing organizations • Proven track record hiring across technical, GTM, and corporate/business functions simultaneously • Experience managing a distributed/remote recruiting team • Strong command of TA metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and quality of hire • Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or similar • Track record of driving adoption of new tools or systems • Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers on workforce planning, staffing strategy, and hiring prioritization • Ability to influence hiring managers and drive accountability throughout the hiring process • Comfort operating in ambiguity • Experience using AI, automation, and recruiting technology • Experience using recruiting metrics and market insights to inform workforce planning and talent decisions • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams • Strong commitment to candidate experience, structured hiring, and continuous improvement • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
