📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent development programs and infrastructure • Own the annual performance management process, including design, cycle management, implementation, communications, stakeholder readiness, resources, reporting, and enhancement • Oversee leadership development programs, including Pathward's Elevate Leadership Program • Oversee enterprise coaching engagements, including needs assessment, external coach and vendor relationships, participant and sponsor alignment, administration, and evaluation • Design and improve talent development tools, technologies, partnerships, coaching and mentoring resources, development frameworks, and skill-development solutions • Partner with business leaders, People & Culture colleagues, and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop scalable solutions • Establish objectives, success measures, governance practices, and operational plans • Evaluate program effectiveness using data, feedback, business outcomes, and relevant metrics • Manage external vendors, consultants, facilitators, and development partners • Develop and deliver communications, presentations, resources, and selected learning or facilitation experiences • Provide thought leadership on talent development, leadership growth, employee development, and performance excellence • Support additional talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
