📋 Description

• Design, build, and own end-to-end data solutions for Core products • Develop and maintain analytics-ready data platforms using Snowflake, dbt, and Looker • Partner with stakeholders to deliver analytics and reporting on provider sales, operational, and business performance metrics • Design, build, and test certified datasets in dbt and Snowflake • Ingest, transform, and model data from internal and external business systems • Own Looker dashboards, Explores, and semantic models • Design and maintain analytics models and metrics for pipeline, revenue, customer engagement, operational KPIs, and business performance • Audit and evaluate data collection quality • Implement internal process improvements and optimize data delivery, tools, and data models • Mentor junior team members • Champion data governance, data quality, documentation standards, and consistent metric definitions • Lead cross-functional collaboration with business leaders, analysts, data scientists, and engineers • Provide technical leadership on data visualization enablement • Implement best practices in semantic modeling, metric standardization, and reporting infrastructure • Own and evolve governance frameworks and development processes for visualization and reporting • Travel 2 to 4 times per year

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a related data visualization or data engineering role • Proficiency in Looker and LookML • Experience using business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI • Hands-on experience building and maintaining analytics models using dbt and Snowflake • Advanced SQL knowledge, including complex queries, performance optimization, and large datasets • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working within agile development methodologies and collaborative project delivery practices • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (desired) • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow (desired) • Experience partnering with sales teams to deliver analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights (desired) • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques (desired) • Previous experience partnering with cross-functional teams to support analytics and reporting needs (desired) • Healthcare industry experience (desired) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and requirements • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
