📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM users • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user requests • Configure forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, and security roles • Maintain CRM data integrity and governance standards • Support system upgrades, releases, and environment management • Gather and document business requirements from Sales, Service, and Operations teams • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement • Create functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation • Recommend CRM solutions aligned with business needs • Oversee, coordinate, and execute CRM customizations using JavaScript, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, custom APIs, and integrations • Support CRM-to-ERP and third-party system integrations • Assist with data imports, migrations, and interface troubleshooting • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions • Develop test plans and test scenarios • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Validate fixes and enhancements before production deployment • Ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements • Create user guides and technical documentation • Conduct user training sessions • Support CRM adoption and best practices • Maintain documentation for customizations and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM • Experience configuring Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement • Experience with Power Platform technologies • Working knowledge of JavaScript and CRM customization techniques • Experience writing business and technical requirements • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Experience coordinating work with offshore development resources • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Preferred: Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, and Customer Service • Preferred: Experience integrating CRM with Business Central or other ERP systems • Preferred: Experience with Azure integrations and APIs • Preferred: Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools • Preferred: Experience with KingswaySoft • Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
