📋 Description

• Administer and maintain core GTM systems, including CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools • Execute system updates, configurations, and enhancements • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize disruptions • Maintain data integrity and governance across GTM platforms • Develop and refine reports, dashboards, and data exports • Collaborate with RevOps and analytics teams to surface actionable insights • Provide primary user support and resolve system-related inquiries • Create and deliver onboarding and training materials • Gather user feedback to improve system usability and adoption • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to align systems with business goals and workflows • Contribute technical insight to roadmap planning and recommend improvements • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to support GTM innovation • Improve system reliability, data quality, reporting, user enablement, strategic decision-making, and GTM scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, data analysis tools, and reporting software • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn system data into actionable insights • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong problem-solving ability and experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently • Experience with project management methodologies and tools • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills • Must live and work permanently in the U.S. • Salesforce Administrator certification or similar preferred • Advanced degree or specialized systems administration training preferred • Experience supporting SaaS go-to-market organizations preferred
