📋 Description

• Serve as the solutioning specialist for Paylocity’s managed services portfolio, including the Elevate Solutions portfolio supporting payroll, HR, and implementation • Partner across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Revenue Operations, GTM Training, Product, Operations, and Service Delivery • Ensure opportunities are qualified, discovered, scoped, priced, and operationally feasible before contract execution • Support standard and moderately complex opportunities • Contribute to solution frameworks and enablement materials • Follow and improve repeatable processes, readiness, delivery alignment, and client outcomes • Act as the first line of defense for field questions related to qualification, scoping, pricing, service fit, implementation expectations, contracting boundaries, and operational handoffs • Participate in customer discovery sessions, including senior stakeholders as needed • Translate business challenges into outcome-oriented service recommendations • Develop and maintain qualification frameworks, service-fit criteria, scoping standards, and governance processes • Partner with Revenue Operations and GTM Training to create scalable enablement assets and knowledge resources • Support strategic deal reviews and validate readiness, scope assumptions, client responsibilities, and delivery expectations before contract execution • Represent the voice of the field in Product, Operations, Service Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Sales Leadership discussions • Share knowledge and support consistent solutioning practices, standards, and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education • Minimum 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, HCM consulting, managed services consulting, payroll/HR operations leadership, or related roles preferred • Experience supporting strategic or enterprise opportunities, including complex multi-entity environments • Advanced knowledge of HCM, payroll, HR operations, HCM compliance, SaaS delivery models, and managed services • Proven ability to lead executive-level discoveries, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and translate customer needs into scalable solutions • Experience with Paylocity or comparable HCM platforms preferred • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods • Ability to operate standard business technology • Ability to communicate effectively • Ability to travel as needed • Availability five days per week during designated work hours
