📋 Description

• Support strategic enterprise pilots end to end, from scoping the technical approach to delivering working solutions • Build custom reports, dashboards, and integrations for enterprise customers • Demonstrate Slang AI’s capabilities beyond standard product configuration • Contribute directly to new product development • Help graduate validated work to engineering or product teams for scalable implementation • Own and maintain internal tools and AI automations • Reduce manual work across the company through internal tooling • Create reusable code, documentation, and playbooks • Collaborate with enterprise sales, product managers, engineers, revenue leadership, customers, and executive stakeholders • Participate in customer meetings, team offsites, and company gatherings through occasional travel

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, product engineering, or a similarly technical and cross-functional role • Strong software engineering fundamentals and a track record of independently building and shipping working solutions • Proficiency with APIs, SQL, data analysis, and data pipelines • Comfort working across the full stack of a solution • Experience building lightweight front-end experiences, internal tools, dashboards, or customer-facing applications • Active use of AI development tools in daily workflow • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain technical work clearly to engineers and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage expectations • Strong bias toward action, experimentation, and shipping • Judgment to know when to slow down and get something right • Preferred: experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or SaaS industry, or familiarity with voice AI or conversational technology
