📋 Description

• Report to the Executive Clinical Leadership team • Lead, supervise, and support a growing team of behavioral health providers • Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care • Foster a clinical culture based on empathy, transparency, accountability, engagement, and retention • Uphold clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards • Support last-minute scheduling changes, provider coverage, and group rescheduling • Conduct diagnostic assessments • Lead new patient intake appointments • Facilitate group therapy for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, and other conditions • Collaborate with Operations to align clinician schedules with patient needs and manage time off • Lead process optimization and refine workflows, outcomes, and patient experience • Identify ways to enhance care quality and exceed NPS benchmarks • Balance clinical judgment with business acumen in decisions affecting clinician experience, processes, and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record solving operational challenges in behavioral health or similar clinical settings • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or Master’s-level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) • Active CA license with 7+ years post-licensure experience; open to or already holding multi-state licenses • Experience in pediatric behavioral health assessments and evidence-based treatment • 3+ years managing clinical teams, including scheduling, culture, and quality • Skilled in improving workflows, outcomes, and patient experience • Collaborative, proactive, and tech-savvy • Culturally responsive and committed to ongoing learning • Equipped for secure, remote work • Must be able to support last-minute scheduling changes when needed • Must hold an unrestricted behavioral health license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD)
