📋 Description

• Build and grow relationships with employers, staffing firms, and talent partners hiring graduates, focusing on cybersecurity, IT, cleared, and GovCon roles • Source and share current, aligned job openings • Match qualified graduates to roles fitting their skills and goals • Coach students and alumni on resumes, interviews, and personal branding • Review career-readiness deliverables with the Professional Development Manager • Represent NPower SkillBridge at career fairs, hiring events, and industry functions across the region • Track placements, employer contacts, and outcomes in Salesforce • Identify business development opportunities for handoff to the business development team • Report to the SkillBridge Operations Director

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in workforce development, career services, business development, or employer relations focused on job placement • Experience developing employer or community partnerships that connected people to jobs in a results-driven environment • Experience working with active-duty service members, veterans, or military-connected populations in a coaching or placement capacity • Clear and persuasive communication skills • Organized and comfortable with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and LinkedIn • Must reside in the San Diego area on Pacific Time • Must be willing and able to travel as needed • Must be able to obtain and maintain required U.S. military installation access credentials and installation clearance • Must meet applicable military installation eligibility requirements and comply with security and access procedures
