📋 Description

• Serve as a key member of enterprise account implementations, partnering with Customer Success, Implementation, Lifecycle Marketing and Revenue teams • Build and deliver custom and private education programs hands-on for enterprise accounts • Advise clients on deployment strategy and effective AlphaSense rollout, including API-based usage and change management • Define engagement scoping criteria, success requirements, and completion conditions • Establish repeatable patterns for involving education in account engagements • Propose, own, and refine program success metrics • Identify accounts with low platform usage but meaningful API/technical footprint and design education approaches to grow usage and integration depth • Partner with the broader Customer Education team on reusable enterprise templates and source-of-truth content • Travel occasionally to support top accounts and key kickoffs

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in customer education, professional services, implementation consulting, or a related enterprise-facing function, ideally at a B2B SaaS company • Comfortable with technical concepts, including APIs, and able to translate them into practical guidance without building integrations • Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, and Revenue/Sales teams inside live account engagements • Change management skills for building new habits and workflows with account teams • Consultative communication skills for advising enterprise clients on deployment strategy and commercial impact • Ability to define boundaries around engagement scope • Data-driven ability to design attribution models and prove ROI • Self-starter comfortable building programs from ambiguity and defining success metrics
