📋 Description

• Lead customer education and engagement on coding, coverage, payment, health policy, and payer policy for Philips Image Guided Therapy Device products • Translate complex reimbursement topics into actionable guidance for customers • Build relationships with providers, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, hospitals, Office-Based Labs, and other care settings • Partner with sales, marketing, and medical education teams • Support customers across evaluation, clinical research, account onboarding, and long-term use • Provide reimbursement and economic support for coronary and peripheral vascular interventions, CIED lead management and extractions, and structural heart procedures using 3D ICE • Develop and propose work plans and strategies under general supervision • Drive stakeholder alignment and proactively respond to customer and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with coronary, cardiovascular, and/or peripheral vascular products • 10+ years of field reimbursement in the medical device industry • Outstanding knowledge and strong understanding of US healthcare coding and billing systems • Knowledge of Medicare and commercial payers • Knowledge of hospital infrastructure, reimbursement policies and processes • Expertise in data analysis, health economic evidence, and documentation • Excellent communication and customer management skills • Commercial acumen • Ability to work with Medical Device Sales Representatives • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in health sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience • CPC certification preferred • Ability to successfully perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs • US work authorization required; no current or future visa sponsorship
