📋 Description

• Lead business solution and contracting strategy in the assigned area • Manage account priorities for proactive business solutions with the Operational Solutions Manager • Achieve business solutions and contracting strategy with complex and system accounts • Build partnerships with laboratory and hospital administration decision makers • Develop and present business and contracting strategies and proposals aligned with organizational and customer needs, ROI, and ASP • Lead and facilitate in-person or virtual meetings • Negotiate complex contract terms and pricing for Caris’ portfolio with Hospital Systems, GPOs, and IDNs • Ensure compliance with internal governance requirements and statutory pricing regulations • Manage contract priorities from initiation through post-execution, including workflows and term adherence • Coordinate with the legal team on contracting redlines and terms • Collaborate with the commercial team on complex, high-impact accounts • Drive LEADS/LAGS and lead business-solution priorities and activities in the assigned area • Identify and develop training and ongoing development opportunities for the team and new hires • Ensure high-quality, customer-focused service delivery • Serve as a subject matter expert in hospital administration and laboratory-related areas • Maintain document control, repository maintenance, and deliverable tracking • Monitor and analyze account metrics and address or delegate improvement areas • Identify and execute innovative opportunities to improve or expand business solutions • Meet or exceed team goals and initiatives within management timelines • Communicate with leadership regarding progress, strategic challenges, and opportunities • Maintain knowledge of Caris offerings, competitive landscape, and hospital/laboratory administration issues • Maintain assigned company assets, including laptop and iPhone • Submit required paperwork, business plans, reports, and expenses accurately and on time • Perform ancillary projects or related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, life sciences, or related field and/or a minimum 5 years of equivalent experience • Demonstrated experience implementing business-solution related initiatives, managing challenging situations, and problem solving • Critical thinking skills • Experience managing timelines, projects, documentation, tracking progress, and resolving conflicts • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, matrixed environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, internal sales teams, and cross-functional departments • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, reporting tools such as Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent team lead and people management skills • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time • Ability to lift routine office supplies and use standard office equipment • Successful completion of pre-employment criminal background check, drug screening, applicable credit check, and reference verification • Must maintain HIPAA and other compliance guidelines
