📋 Description

• Provide project support for RWD/RWE analyses • Develop individual protocols/SAPs and determine appropriate statistical methodology for RWD/RWE studies • Analyze large datasets from claims databases, registries, patient-reported outcomes, and EHRs • Participate in database design meetings to ensure data quality and analysis requirements • Collaborate with statistical programming staff to ensure programs meet analysis and external requirements • Perform key and innovative analyses and interpret results • Prepare oral and written reports to communicate results • Review statistical documents during project initiation, conduct, and reporting when external vendors are involved • Participate in research activities involving innovative statistical methods and applications • Prepare materials and conduct training for internal/external audiences • Provide statistical consultation and review to other functions, including clinical development and commercial • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner • Communicate project changes and progress and complete projects on time and budget

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or equivalent degree in statistics/biostatistics or related discipline with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience • Basic knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and experimental design • Basic knowledge of relational databases and programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, or SAS in big data environment • Demonstrates interest in statistical research activities and application of novel methods to clinical trial development and RWE • Basic good presentation, oral and written communication skills • Ability to learn, being proactive, motivated, and consistently focus on details and execution • Ability to work in a team environment with cross-functional team members • Computer Skills: SQL, R, Python, SAS, Microsoft office apps • Willingness to travel as needed
