📋 Description

• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities • Apply change management processes and tools to create adoption strategies for project or initiative changes • Collaborate with client executives and sponsors to build a Case for Change, including project vision/value statements with tangible goals • Support communication efforts • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications • Assess change impact • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders • Support training efforts • Complete change management assessments • Ensure project management and change management standards are leveraged and reinforced • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree • At least 5 years of experience working in a consulting capacity on technology or process change implementations • At least 2 years focused on Change Management • Experience acting as the liaison between business and IT stakeholders • Experience in full life-cycle project development including requirements, design, development, testing and roll-out • Experience managing change initiatives for Financial systems, Human Resource systems, and/or Supply Chain systems preferred • Experience supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities • Ability to integrate change management activities into project plans • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and team members • Fit with Peloton culture and company values • Must be willing to travel • CMP, Prosci, or other change management certification preferred
