📋 Description

• Support students through the externship placement and completion process after program prerequisites are met • Maintain and monitor the externship CRM • Build, maintain, and expand a nationwide network of externship sites and partners • Ensure timely placement of eligible students into qualified externship sites • Manage communication with students and externship sites throughout placement • Guide students through externship policies, procedures, and expectations • Provide personalized professional support and serve as the first point of contact for externship-related questions and concerns • Respond to student inquiries and maintain communication through externship completion • Collect, review, and document required externship materials and performance evaluations • Track and analyze student and partner feedback and provide improvement recommendations to leadership • Record student data accurately in the placement CRM and other systems • Collaborate with academics, learner success, instructors, product, and technology teams • Meet KPIs for placement rates, communication metrics, and student satisfaction • Contribute to team initiatives and broader organizational goals • Assist with appointments and other academic duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred • Experience in a healthcare education ecosystem • Knowledge of supporting a Learning Management System (LMS) • Background in Allied healthcare job and externship placement programs • Must reside and perform work within the United States • Must be willing and able to travel as needed • Must complete applicable pre-employment screening requirements • Must complete employment eligibility verification through Form I-9 • Must be able to work in a remote, on-camera culture and be on camera during meetings unless extenuating circumstances apply
