📋 Description

• Own the vertical growth strategy and go-to-market system for High School Partnerships • Serve as the strategic marketing partner to HSP leadership and Sales • Identify emerging opportunities and develop market assessments • Size and prioritize states, regions, segments, and customer opportunities • Develop recommendations on where HSP should invest and why • Understand commercial priorities, sales motions, school dynamics, decision-makers, and customer needs • Translate field insights into practical go-to-market plays • Support priority-account and priority-market activation • Develop state-, region-, and segment-specific growth plays across messaging, campaigns, field engagement, conferences, content, and other channels • Design tests, measure outcomes, and scale successful plays • Analyze customer, commercial, campaign, workforce, school, industry, and competitor data • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights and build business cases • Partner across Marketing, Product, Sales, RevOps, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and other teams • Build repeatable planning, prioritization, measurement, and learning rhythms • Establish market-intelligence and marketing planning processes that improve focus, execution, and decision quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Education, Higher Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred • 7+ years of experience in vertical marketing, strategic marketing, product marketing, commercial strategy, market intelligence, growth strategy, business development, or a related function • Demonstrated ability to translate data and customer insight into actionable business recommendations • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and influencing cross-functional stakeholders • Experience working with Sales or another commercial organization is strongly preferred • Strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and business judgment • Ability to translate complex market and customer signals into clear recommendations and choices • Proven experience partnering with Sales, commercial, product, or business leaders • Comfort challenging assumptions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships • Ability to work independently, establish structure, and build new capabilities in ambiguity • Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills • Curiosity about K–12 and ability to learn school, counselor, administrator, and family dynamics quickly • Must reside and perform work within the United States • Must be willing and able to travel as needed • Employees are expected to be on camera during meetings unless extenuating circumstances apply • Successful completion of applicable pre-employment screening requirements • Completion of employment eligibility verification (Form I-9), including remote verification and potentially in-person identity verification
