📋 Description

• Find candidates open to moving into roles briefed by Builders • Choose which roles, companies, and candidate archetypes to source • Refer candidates to Builders through a personal tracked referral link • Help candidates sign up to Builders • Builders screens referred candidates, introduces them to companies, and manages the process through the offer stage • Conduct one-to-one outreach independently • Obtain approval for sequenced, bulk, or automated outreach and its copy • Avoid publicizing role or company information without prior approval • Avoid sourcing candidates from Builders' client companies • Ask candidates only whether they are authorized to work in the US and whether they need sponsorship now or in the future • Write original outreach using role briefs without forwarding briefs to candidates • Monitor candidate stages and payout status through the platform

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to find strong candidates for early-stage (seed through Series B) AI startups • Talent sourcing experience, especially for engineering roles; product, design, growth, go-to-market, and operations sourcing may also be relevant • Legal authorization to work in the US • Ability to answer whether US work sponsorship is needed now or in the future • Existing network in AI is a strong fit • Existing outbound recruiting experience is advantageous • Ability to build a candidate target list independently • Ability to follow outreach, confidentiality, restricted-company, client-company, work-authorization, and brief-handling guidelines • LinkedIn profile and resume required for application
