📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for one or more Corporate or GTM-aligned business units • Report directly to the Senior Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition • Develop and own recruitment strategies, goals, and metrics for assigned business units • Consult with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and workforce planning • Provide strategic recommendations to hiring leaders • Source, assess, and prioritize candidate pools using optimal channels and techniques • Screen and interview candidates • Decide on candidate advancement, negotiate offers, and close hires within compensation frameworks • Represent the organization in employment branding, candidate engagement, and external talent communities • Achieve quarterly hiring targets of 12 corporate or 6 R&D roles • Meet Balanced Candidate Slate standards for 80% of eligible roles • Reduce time-to-hire and improve hiring manager satisfaction • Use approved AI tools for recruiting communications, job descriptions, interview materials, and onboarding materials • Maintain high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences while managing recruiting volume and complexity

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience supporting G&A functions, Marketing, or other GTM teams • Proven ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions • Strong working knowledge of modern talent acquisition tools • Familiarity with Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar technology stack • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving environment • Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is strongly preferred • Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and maintain AI fluency • Ability to review AI-generated content for accuracy, appropriate tone, sensitivity, and alignment with company values • Ability to follow data-handling standards and keep sensitive candidate and employee information in secure systems
