📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels • Conduct virtual interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources • Experience in high-volume recruitment is highly preferred • Experience in the BPO, staffing, or language services industry is a strong advantage • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment • Contractors are responsible for complying with applicable tax and legal requirements in their country of residence
