📋 Description

• Source candidates against live briefs for early-stage AI startups from seed through Series B • Conduct outreach and encourage candidates to sign up to Builders through a referral link • Log candidates contacted, outreach channels, and responses • Provide sourced candidates for Builders to screen and introduce to companies • Support the process through to the offer • Track output per hour based on people reached and qualified signups • Follow outreach approval, restricted-company, client-company, work-authorization, and confidentiality guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience sourcing for startups • Ability to produce from the first week • A network that can be worked directly or an AI-native way of finding people • Experience with the agency model and assigned briefs • Existing demonstrated sourcing success leading to hires • Ability to walk through how a successful candidate was found, from start to finish • Ability to work legally in the location of residence • LinkedIn profile and resume required for application
