📋 Description

• Support day-to-day program management, scheduling, reporting, and coordination activities for the BASIS program • Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across application sustainment, modernization, and security activities • Maintain and update ServiceNow Project schedules, Server and SharePoint repositories, tasks, milestones, dates, and dependencies • Provide weekly Integrated Master Schedule presentations to the customer • Assist with the Project Management Plan, Work Breakdown Structure, Product Roadmaps, and Communication Plan • Prepare weekly IPR slide decks and written reports • Capture and distribute meeting minutes and action items • Coordinate and track project deliverables • Maintain the formal Risk Register, including probability/impact assessments and mitigation strategies • Coordinate POA&M submissions and updates with the cybersecurity team • Maintain product backlogs and project tasks in JIRA • Coordinate Agile/Scrum sprint planning, daily scrum facilitation, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Track and report sprint point burn rates and velocity metrics • Coordinate with QA, development, and security teams on sprint deliverables, automated test cases, RTMs, and release artifacts • Assist in scheduling and coordinating code reviews • Coordinate between internal technical teams, subcontractors, Government stakeholders, and external partners • Coordinate distribution of release notes and technical documentation • Maintain program documentation, deliverable tracking, and SharePoint collaboration workspaces • Support reporting and data extraction activities • Coordinate ServiceNow workflow tickets and incident tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with HS Diploma • Must be a US Citizen • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance • Experience in project coordination, project management, or program support roles, preferably within IT or software development programs • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals including schedule management, risk tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communication • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience supporting sprint-based delivery teams • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Service Now, SharePoint, and JIRA • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear, concise status reports and briefing materials for Government and senior leadership audiences • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, track deliverable deadlines, and escalate issues in a timely manner • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional DoD program environment • PMP certification or active pursuit; CAPM accepted (preferred) • SAFe or equivalent Agile certification (preferred) • Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal government IT programs with formal deliverable obligations (preferred) • Experience with DevSecOps program environments and sprint-level project tracking (preferred) • Familiarity with ServiceNow for workflow and incident management (preferred) • Experience coordinating with subcontractors and managing multi-vendor program environments (preferred) • Familiarity with DEERS, TRICARE, or other DoD healthcare/benefits systems (preferred) • Basic understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and cybersecurity compliance obligations within DoD IT programs (preferred)
