📋 Description

• Execute manual test cases. • Document defects clearly. • Write automation scripts. • Apply API testing tools. • Integrate tests in CI/CD. • Understand the system under test. • Execute assigned test plans and write test plans. • Manage test coverage and QA environment integrity. • Follow test standards and ensure HIPAA test coverage. • Participate in ceremonies and partner with development engineers and the product team. • Report defect status, communicate test results, and write test documentation. • Understand release goals and contribute to QA planning. • Deliver work independently while growing toward ownership of more complex problems.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional QA engineering experience. • Hands-on experience executing test cases and documenting defects clearly. • Experience with test automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration. • Understanding of QA methodologies and quality metrics. • Clear written and verbal communication, with a willingness to learn and act on feedback. • Experience testing in a HIPAA/HITRUST-regulated healthcare environment preferred. • Performance and security testing experience preferred. • Experience building test frameworks from the ground up preferred.
