📋 Description

• Assist PHM patients with using received equipment and achieving insurance coverage criteria • Pull patient information through electronic sources • Correspond with referral sources and patients daily • Schedule patient appointments and assist clinicians as directed • Troubleshoot patient equipment issues virtually and over the phone • Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or manager • Participate in provided on-the-job training

• Technologically proficient with strong computer skills • Compassionate and empathetic with a commitment to providing the highest level of patient/customer care • Responsible and reliable • Quick learner • Team player who will contribute to a professional and fun working environment • Skilled in de-escalation when problems arise • Professional operation of phone systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Problem solver with a demonstrated track record of high performance • Positive attitude and willingness to assist the team as needed • Highly organized and detail oriented • Strong attention to detail when interpreting patient data • Prior knowledge / hands-on experience with PAP equipment preferred • Previous professional experience or educational background in healthcare customer service is a plus but not required • Medical equipment background is a plus but not required
