📋 Description

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously through each phase, from award through installation, for a variety of clients • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure timely, on-budget completion • Coordinate surveying, estimating, art, manufacturing, and installation functions to meet project goals and milestones • Develop and maintain project schedules • Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders regarding risks and issues • Resolve project issues efficiently and escalate issues when milestones are at risk • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Select, negotiate with, and procure vendors • Assist with estimates and quotations as needed • Create and manage change order requests and change orders • Create and process project-specific purchase orders • Maintain accurate, accessible job files • Perform timely formal project closeouts • Handle other tasks supporting project management or the Company

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience effectively coordinating or managing fast-paced projects in the sign or commercial construction industry • Experience with sourcing, selecting, and managing subcontractors • Experience working with budget parameters, purchase orders, and project billing • Ability to manage multiple projects and function well under pressure • Ability to effectively communicate and manage realistic expectations with clients and other stakeholders • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and multitask efficiently • Proven leadership ability with solid decision-making skills
