📋 Description

• Coordinate day-to-day product operations for the Pets Sanctuary veterinary app and associated internal and partner-facing tools • Maintain accurate product information, feature details, operational records, and documentation across internal systems • Track product updates, requested changes, timelines, outstanding tasks, and responsibilities • Coordinate communication between Operations, Technology, Veterinary & Care, and other teams • Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and process gaps affecting product quality or user experience • Support coordination of new product features, platform updates, and workflow changes • Communicate upcoming updates, implementation timelines, and required actions to relevant teams • Maintain product change records, release notes, and related documentation • Coordinate feedback after product updates and communicate outstanding issues or improvement opportunities • Prepare internal teams and external partners for product launches and workflow changes • Create and maintain documentation for product features, operational workflows, internal processes, and standard procedures • Develop practical guides and reference materials for employees and partners using the veterinary app • Review processes to identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, duplicated work, and improvement opportunities • Keep documentation and internal resources accurate as product features, workflows, and operational requirements evolve

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product operations, operations coordination, product support, implementation, customer operations, or a related field • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Comfortable working with digital platforms, cloud-based systems, spreadsheets, and documentation tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate updates clearly and maintain accurate records • Ability to review workflows, identify inconsistencies, and recommend practical improvements • Strong follow-through and the ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams while working independently
