📋 Description

• Provide program management and research/evaluation leadership for national oncology program activities • Develop public health communications and educational materials • Lead executive leadership presentations to support program initiatives • Provide oversight and subject-matter expertise for national oncology program initiatives • Contribute to Veteran health business development opportunities • Maintain close relationships with strategic partners • Direct and mentor a team of mid-career professionals • Foster leadership and professional growth • Ensure high-quality project deliverables, timeliness, staffing, quality standards, and reporting requirements are met • Support program start-up tasks and stakeholder engagement activities • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant clinical research initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Public Health or related field is required • 14+ years of relevant experience in public health, health services research, or program evaluation, including direct support to federal health agencies • Demonstrated experience supporting VA National Oncology Program • Expertise in program evaluation and performance measurement framework development, including KPI development and executive dashboards • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods • Strong change management experience, including stakeholder facilitation with senior leaders • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience developing public health communications materials and briefing senior government leadership • Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship • Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
