📋 Description

• Lead and be accountable for complex data and AI program success • Serve as the primary point of contact for client sponsors and partners • Partner with technical delivery leads and execution teams to drive measurable client outcomes • Translate client strategy into roadmaps and integrated delivery plans across multi-geo teams • Manage scope across all involved parties • Own engagement financials, including budget, burn, margins, forecasting, and commercial risk • Manage risks and variances using delivery metrics such as burn, velocity, adoption, and value realization • Build relationships with senior clients, partners, and technology stakeholders • Make data-informed recommendations amid ambiguity, conflicting priorities, and trade-offs • Coordinate with ecosystem partners such as Snowflake and ISVs • Shape an inclusive delivery culture and coach PMs, Delivery Leads, and consultants • Refine phData processes and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Track record working directly with executive stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication, including concise status and executive storytelling • Significant consulting experience leading complex technology programs and owning delivery outcomes • Deep experience with multi-workstream initiatives, ideally involving data platforms, analytics, cloud, or AI/ML • Strong command of Agile/iterative delivery • Experience managing budget, margin, and commercial risk on services engagements • Comfort discussing trade-offs with internal and client leaders • Familiarity with modern data stacks, including Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP, modern BI, and ML platforms • Prior experience leading remote, multi-geo teams strongly preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field • Willingness to travel up to 50% per month (10 of 20 business days) when required by clients
