📋 Description

• Provide on-site, online, and phone support within the zone and nationwide to resolve complex technical problems and product issues for Xper/Flex Cardio products and Xcelera Cardiology PACS modality • Provide customer service, set expectations, meet commitments and arrival times, understand customers’ business and competitive environment, and generate service revenue • Participate in the regional work team, improve team processes, identify training gaps, and increase capability and capacity across multiple modalities and tools • Complete administrative duties including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders, preventative maintenance, installation documents, and site and service documentation • Use tools, support resources, and escalation processes to resolve customer and system problems • Complete preventative maintenance, Field Change Orders, installations, and related tasks • Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems • Travel extensively to customer sites, zone offices, and identified meeting locations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a field or hospital-based service environment, or 3+ years in electromechanical industries • Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory • Ability to install, diagnose, and repair equipment • Knowledge and use of necessary tools and test equipment • Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for Field Service • Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting and in a hospital/healthcare environment • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations • Ability to safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials and wear required personal protective equipment • Able to travel extensively, including international travel, at least 75% • Valid driver’s license and good driving record • US work authorization required; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered • Must reside in or within commuting distance to a major airport in Colorado, Oregon, or Washington state • BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred
