📋 Description

• Lead and support on-site deployments of autonomous robotic systems, including installation, calibration, commissioning, and startup activities • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues in real time • Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system health checks • Support remote diagnostics and respond to escalations with Engineering and Technical Support teams • Train customer operators and site personnel on system operation, safety procedures, and best practices • Document field service activity, including repairs, troubleshooting steps, photos, and site conditions • Travel frequently to customer sites, up to 100% of the time • Work independently in dynamic warehouse and industrial environments • Share field insights with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to improve reliability, deployment processes, and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service, robotics, automation, industrial equipment, or a similar technical role • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and basic software systems • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings • Experience using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical documentation • Strong communication skills with customers and cross-functional internal teams • Willingness and ability to travel frequently • Valid driver’s license • Ability to lift or work around industrial equipment as needed • Ability to work at heights of up to 45 feet and within restrictive areas of 24 inches • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Compliance with safety requirements and protocols, including lockout/tagout and fall protection • Ability to work approximately 75% of the time on construction sites with required PPE • Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 105° to 32° Fahrenheit
