📋 Description

• Manage resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customer sites • Execute operational and maintenance tasks for wind turbines across customer-owned wind farms in the assigned region • Perform corrective maintenance, including repair and replacement of electronic components, motors, brushes, and other parts • Deliver service solutions covering operations, SCADA, maintenance, troubleshooting, and overall support for wind energy products • Plan and carry out preventive and predictive maintenance activities • Coordinate with ROC, sourcing, and engineering teams to resolve technical site issues • Support wind energy projects within operations and maintenance scope • Complete technical reports, service records, and other business documentation • Assist with major component replacement activities • Perform wind turbine operations and maintenance tasks at heights • Inspect internal and external wind turbine components • Investigate issues, identify root causes, analyze trends, and document findings • Follow work instructions, regulatory and compliance guidelines, and company EHS standards and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics, or Mechanical) • Minimum 4 years of experience in wind turbine field service or wind project execution • Good verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision • Strong customer service mindset • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally • Experience in onshore wind service operations desired • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle desired • Experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera desired • Exposure to sourcing and supplier qualification processes desired • Experience with SQDC, Quality audits, Kaizen, and PDR activities desired • Ability to work comfortably at heights • Knowledge of wind turbine operations, maintenance, SCADA, troubleshooting, and component replacement
