📋 Description

• Perform on-site field service, including installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and removal of complex temperature control equipment • Install, test, service, and calibrate equipment to operating specifications and customer expectations • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and provide recommendations and solutions to internal teams and customers • Conduct preventative maintenance and routine service activities • Analyze product performance and support modifications, upgrades, and enhancements • Serve as the primary on-site representative and build customer relationships • Ensure services align with contract requirements, timelines, and expectations • Coordinate technical services, logistics, provisioning, and system configurations • Maintain and review equipment logs to identify trends and determine repair needs • Travel to multiple customer sites, with up to 50% travel • Represent Advanced Thermal Sciences, an RTX-owned Collins Aerospace organization, supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and servicing complex temperature control equipment • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office 360 and standard desktop applications • Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to build relationships • Experience supporting or servicing industrial/commercial refrigeration systems preferred • Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical control systems, including PLCs preferred • Hands-on diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of electromechanical systems in field service or industrial environments preferred • Universal EPA certification preferred • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by applicable regulations • Must be able to support up to 50% travel to customer sites • No security clearance required
