📋 Description

• Provide on-site servicing, installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electromechanical equipment • Respond to service calls and assist operators with operational or maintenance issues • Address escalated technical and service-related concerns • Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures • Implement effective repairs to minimize downtime • Prepare reports analyzing product failure trends and serviceability issues • Perform administrative tasks including record-keeping, reporting, and inventory management • Manage parts inventory and coordinate shipments for repair and replenishment • Oversee tools and test equipment inventory • Record maintenance activities using approved methods and procedures • Follow escalation procedures and communicate with company personnel and customer management • Promote high customer satisfaction through open communication and proactive attention to customer needs • Assist with on-site training of less experienced field service technicians • Provide coverage for other Field Engineers during vacations or illnesses • Travel within the home territory or to other areas as required • Perform all activities safely and follow company safety policies • Complete other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience, including at least two years in a field service environment • Hands-on experience with electromechanical equipment is essential • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is required • Proficiency in electromechanical troubleshooting • Understanding of electronic principles • Working knowledge of computer systems, PCs, and networking • Ability to use a laptop/tablet for administrative and diagnostic tasks • Strong oral and written communication skills • Willingness to provide personal information and obtain Gaming Licenses in required jurisdictions for Commercial Field Service Technicians • Willingness to use a personal vehicle if required by business needs • Flexibility for shift work • Ability and willingness to travel as required • Ability to comply with confidentiality, customer procedures, and Custody and Control Procedures • Ability to follow company safety policies and procedures
