📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on and remote clinical training for Philips Disease Management Solutions, primarily DynaCAD and UroNav • Provide clinical consultation, education, workflow guidance, and application support to physicians and technologists • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, Customer Support, Quality, Research & Development, and Manufacturing teams • Assemble and install the UroNAV product • Troubleshoot software and workflow issues • Help customers optimize advanced imaging and post-processing solutions • Travel approximately 90% to customer sites throughout the U.S. • Work from a home-based office while supporting changing customer locations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical experience as an MRI Technologist and/or Ultrasound Technologist • Strong knowledge of imaging workflows and patient care environments • Troubleshooting software, computer, networking, and basic DICOM issues • Strong teaching, presentation, and customer-facing communication skills • Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent education in Radiology • Active ARRT credential with an advanced MRI credential or active ARDMS certification • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Comfortable with extensive travel, including overnight stays • Located within commutable distance of a major (non-regional) airport • Preferred: 10+ years of MRI or Ultrasound clinical experience • Preferred: experience with image generation and data analysis tools • Preferred: advanced knowledge of clinical applications, post-processing products, and imaging system troubleshooting • Must have US work authorization and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future • Must reside in or within commuting distance of a major (non-regional) airport
