📋 Description

• Manage customer relationships through technical knowledge • Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment at customer sites • Provide customer service, set expectations, meet commitments and arrival times, and resolve customer needs • Understand customers’ businesses and competitive environments and generate service revenue • Participate in regional work teams and improve team processes • Identify training gaps and increase capability and capacity, including qualification in multiple modalities and learning new tools • Complete administrative duties including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders, preventive maintenance, installation documents, and site/service documentation • Adhere to training, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements • Use tools, support, resources, and escalation processes to resolve customer and system problems • Complete preventive maintenance, Field Change Orders, installations, and related tasks • Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems • Travel approximately 70% across the specified geography, with average driving time of 1–4 hours daily; occasional overnight, air, and train travel may be required

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 3+ years in electromechanical industries • Preferred experience in Image Guided Therapy (IGT) imaging equipment • Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment • Knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment • Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations • Ability to safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials • Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment • US work authorization required; no current or future visa sponsorship
