📋 Description

• Represent Philips’ VeriSight Pro 3D ICE catheter to interventional cardiologists and electrophysiologists • Build, maintain, and provide technical and clinical product support, systems support, and sustained education to healthcare providers and allied health professionals • Partner with VeriSight Regional and Territory Managers and Philips teams across Ultrasound, Image Guided Therapy Systems & Devices, Training & Education, Field Service Engineering, and Field Management • Become an expert on 3D ICE use across multiple clinical procedure types • Use consultative education techniques to identify customer needs, support, and opportunities within assigned geographies • Support evaluation of new products and provide clinical feedback to internal and external stakeholders • Support company-sponsored clinical and marketing trials, registries, and educational events • Improve clinical acumen, competitive product knowledge, customer relationship, sales, and education skills • Plan and schedule customer case support • Maximize hospital stakeholder engagement before, during, and after cases • Support new program launches and physician and staff training

🎯 Requirements

• Registered or Certified Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography lab • 2+ years of experience in a clinical echocardiography lab • Experience using ultrasound consoles, including Philips EPIQ • Advanced clinical ultrasound and echocardiography knowledge • Minimum bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years of relevant professional work/military experience • Extensive knowledge of the medical device industry and associated product portfolios, preferably structural heart and/or electrophysiology therapies • Strong clinical and technical knowledge • Ability to engage physicians, clinical staff, nurses, department managers, and supply chain stakeholders • Ability to present a value proposition and determine customer needs • Effective and timely communication • Problem-solving and critical-thinking ability in high-pressure environments • Ability to travel up to 75% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally, sometimes on short notice • Must live in or within commuting distance to Tampa, Florida • US work authorization required; visa sponsorship unavailable
